A Qigong Retreat to Replenish Body, Heart, and Spirit
Fri Oct 16th - Sun Oct 18th, 2026
Sonoma, CA
Please join us for the 2nd Annual Energy Matters Qigong Retreat!
Many of us are feeling the strain of living in challenging and uncertain times. The pace of the world can feel relentless, and the constant stream of news and conflict weighs heavily on the heart.
This weekend offers a chance to step away from that intensity and settle into a quieter rhythm—one that creates space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
Held at the beautiful Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma, our retreat invites you to begin or deepen your practice of Wild Goose Qigong. Surrounded by nature, supported by nourishing meals, and practicing alongside a dedicated community, you’ll have the opportunity to restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.
By taking this time to replenish, we will cultivate the resilience and compassion needed to move through the world with greater clarity, strength, and care.
