Did you know that many veggies and fruits are over 90% water? Including them in your daily intake is a great way to meet your body’s hydration needs!

Cucumber: 98%
Lettuce: 98% water
Spinach: 98% water
Zucchini: 94% water
Watermelon: 92% water
Strawberries: 92% water
Bell pepper: 92% water
Broccoli: 92% water

This is just a partial list. Google for more, but most fruits and veggies are replete with water. There are so many reasons to eat plentiful amounts of veggies and fruits every day -  fiber, vitamins, minerals - but also for hydration. 

Use them in your smoothies, for snacks, and of course with your meals.
