Move Better, Feel Stronger: Our Summer Qigong Series Starts July 14
Jun 13, 2025We’re looking forward to offering another for 9-week journey through Wild Goose Qigong — a graceful, energizing practice rooted in Chinese medicine. This series is designed to help:
- Improve your balance and mobility
- Regulate your energy and mood
- Strengthen your immune system
- Stay grounded and centered in body and mind
Choose from 6 weekly class times:
In-Person
• Mondays 1:30pm
• Tuesdays 7:00pm
• Wednesdays 11:00am
• Saturdays 10:00am
Zoom
• Mondays 9:30am
• Wednesdays 8:30am
All participants — whether attending in person or online — receive full access to our treasure-trove video library of class replays and guided practices.
Choose your preferred day and time — classes begin the week of July 14, and they tend to fill quickly!
Want to “test drive” Wild Goose Qigong? If you live in Oakland, there is a free Practice Group that meets in Dimond Park every day at 8:30am. An Energy Matters teacher leads the group Tuesdays through Saturdays. Just show up!
